DELIVERY & SHIPPING:

We aim to get your items delivered in perfect condition and on time to the address and individual you prefer. We will deliver your order within the UAE. We ensure each order from the moment it’s shipped until it arrives at you 

For delivery reasons, details about delivery like the name of the recipient along with the address and contact information will be saved. Other personal identifying details will not be saved.

We aim to deliver most orders in 4-5 business days, or at a lower rate based on the specifics of the address as well as the clearing of credit card inventory, your place of residence, the time and date of the order, verification of address the shipping date, time of delivery, and availability of the item. If there’s an unreasonable delay or if the product is not in availability, we will notify you via email or by phone.   • If your order is or above AED 200, then we will provide you free delivery. However, if the order is below AED 200 there will be a shipping charge of AED 20.
  • If you, for any reason decide to refuse delivery, or are unable or unwilling to make the delivery time, despite the reasonable efforts of the courier company, the item is returned in the direction of BETELHEM GETACHEW COSMETICS TRADING L.L.C, and you are charged for the unpaid charges, taxes and any additional shipping charges.
